Le Code des États-Unis, en anglais United States Code (U.S.C.), est la codification du droit américain fédéral à caractère général et permanent. Cette compilation des textes de droit positif est effectué par l'Office of the Law Revision Counsel (en) de la Chambre des représentants.

Le US Code est maintenu en libre accès sur internet par le Legal Information Institute (LII http://www.law.cornell.edu/) de l'université de Cornell.
